Dear Reader,

On March 14th 2006 an article was published by Global TV, written by Mr. Tony Tighe, warning residents of Alberta about foreign real estate opportunities offered inside the province of Alberta. Although the purpose of the article was intended as a public service announcement it comes across as a warning to the public as to the validity of our company. Additionally there are misquotes and opinions that lead the reader to question our business activity and integrity. Naturally this published article could be damaging to our reputation but it's been our experience that informed people understand the truth of the writing.

At the time of this article our company did not have a prospectus to sell RE in the province of Alberta (we were informed that we didn't require one). This was the sole purpose of the article, to point out that companies do need a prospectus to offer foreign RE to Albertans. At the time, and after the article was released, our research showed that there were only 7 companies in Alberta that had a prospectus and over 500 that did not. Our company was randomly selected to be the subject of this article. Since then there has been no other media attention to this subject although there has been an increase in foreign companies presenting Real Estate developments in Alberta without prospectuses. The principal reason for the increase is that the demand for foreign real estate is growing annually as predicted by Real Estate experts and economists.

Our company presents educational seminars about our developments on a global basis and therefore our legal council is continually advising us on rules and regulations for many countries, states and provinces. Prior to March 14th, 2006 (the articles published date) we were advised by the of 'Association of Real Estate License Law Officials' that a prospectus was not needed under their 'Marketing Guidelines' compliance, providing we adhere to their marketing regulations which we have always abided by. After this article's release we initiated steps to make application for a prospectus assuming that their regulations had recently changed. Currently we are waiting for our prospectus to be granted.
