Our terms and interest rates are listed below:

Estate lots land purchase only ( 10-10-80 ): 10% to reserve a lot, 10% when you visit to confirm your purchase. The balance of 80% can be financed for up to 3 years at a 10% annual interest charge. This loan is open and can be paid off at any time without penalty and further interest.
Payments can be made monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly.
