We came to Costa Rica as guests not intruders and as guests we felt that we had specific obligations to Costa Rica's environment and to the people of the area.

Since our beginning, a portion of every property sale has been allocated to humanitarian and environmental projects. We brought water, roads and electricity into nearby villages and we allocated funds to spend on school projects and reforestation efforts.

Specific types of trees were planted to attract the Scarlet Macaws that were currently threatened by their reducing numbers. Today we have helped to successfully repopulate them into our areas.

We work according to nature, never disturbing any primary forest areas. Our developments and building processes are overseen and approved by the local municipalities and by Costa Rica's 'Ministry of the Environment'.

Over the past few years we have sold property to over one thousand families and individuals who enjoy natural settings and breathtaking views of our developments. Many of our buyers have gone on to initiate other types of sponsorship projects and business activities which have greatly improved our settings and created value within our properties.
