We have many qualified renters on waiting list who are looking to rent homes from us on a regular basis. Some are clients starting to build homes here and simply want to be part of the building process; others have family or friends here and want to be near them through the winter months. Some are vacationers and would love the opportunity to rent one of our homes for a week or two.

Depending on the size of the home the average rental income is around $800USD/weekly. You may prefer to find renters yourself or participate in our rental pool. Currently we have a waiting list for renters and we can take care of all the necessary rental agreements and airport transfers. Our rental service fees are 20% of the rental rate.
