Explanation of 'SOLD - ON HOLD'
When a property is highlighted in red that means that we have received a deposit by a client for this lot and that it's no longer available for purchase. The owner may have paid for the property in full or is currently under a financing plan with us.
When a property is highlighted in yellow that means that this property has been reserved only ('On Hold') and is still available. We are currently waiting to receive a deposit from the prospective buyer and the maximum time we can reserve this property (or wait for the deposit) is 7 days.
If the prospective buyer is not able to send us a deposit in this time frame then the lot once again becomes available to new buyers. If you would like a property that has been placed 'On Hold' then please contact us at (905) 750-0010 and we will let you if it becomes available.
