Scenic and Ocean View Explanations

You will notice that on each of our available properties you will see a Scenic View and Ocean View rating.

Scenic Views: Our most popular properties, which include either rivers, waterfalls, mountains, forests, wildlife corridors, nature preserves, and primary forests. These properties are abundant with nature eg. monkeys, parrots, birds, and butterflies and are an ideal setting for luxury living amongst nature. All properties are serviced with roads, water, electricity, and are ready to build once title has been given to the owner.

Ocean Views: In addition to Scenic Views these properties also have views of the Pacific Ocean. Commonly these properties are higher in altitude and therefore don't offer as much water features such as rivers and waterfalls. Although the Ocean Views are spectacular typically you will find less animals on these properties as they prefer water corridors. All properties are serviced with roads, water, electricity, and are ready to build once title has been given to the owner.

Our pricing is based on the lot's view and the lot's size. For example a larger lot located on a river is higher priced than a smaller lot located on the same river. However, you may find larger properties that do not offer water features or ocean views that offer substantially reduced pricing. When selecting a lot it is more desirable both in property appreciation and rental income to have a water feature or ocean view.
